What resolution are you playing at? Also, I think the 670 was the smarter choice. The 660 is nice but for some reason, it has lower minimum framerates than the 570 which is what is priced at to replace. Higher average frames but dips lower... 670 as I understand it is just faster in every way.

Nope. Not at all. Most of them run just as well, if not better under PCI-E 2.0. Eventually, there will be some cards that really start to take advantage of PCI-E technology, but it just isn't happening yet.
As RhysJD3 stated, the 670 really is the better card. The 660 is close, but if I were going to make the purchase it would b the 670 all day long, or save $100 more for the 680.
