I have the Nexus 7. Wouldn't want a 10" tablet. I prefer the smaller form factor. It's perfect for what I use it for. Reading books, casual web browsing and the occasional game. Battery life is outstanding and a friend of mine just took his to Europe with him and was able to watch 3 entire movies and still have nearly 33% of the battery left.
That being said, I had to RMA my tablet once due to a display issue (display was loose and periodically unresponsive).

Re: Nexus
I bought the Asus Transformer Infinity. But what I'm hearing about the Nexus 10 is almost too good to be true. If it IS true then I'll be buying another tablet in short order.
2560x1600 resolution for 300 bux? count me in.

My Kindle Fire still does what I need it to do. I have it rooted and I am using the Cyanogen Mod. It is really my travel companion so I have something to do while in flight. It is also commonly known as the "toilet computer". Gross, I know, right?

Re: Nexus
ya... i've got a 10inch tablet, I have to admit its still rather awkward to hold. Cannot operate with one hand and its heavy enough that its awkward to hold with two hands and type with thumbs...
Wile showed me his nexus 7, loved the size.
For anyone thinking about their first 10incher, I'd recommend playing with one first (maybe go to a verizon or aTnT store?). Unless your watching movies, drawing, have poor eyesite or just need a bigger screen, smaller 7" is the way to go...

Re: Nexus
I don't know if it still does, but it did come with Transformers Dark Side of the Moon for free.
I just love how anything I do on my phone my tablet knows about it. lol
Google maps the new burger place down the street on my tablet? My phone automatically gives me directions to it.
