Must have extensions for Visual Studios

I'm liking the latest version of VS, but I'm not sure what are the must haves for extensions other than the PHP one. Any suggestions?

    Ummmm...

if you do C#, resharper is supposed to be the shit...

    Powercommands 10....

TripleClick if you are on 2010... 2012 has it built in.

VisualSVN if you use SVN (Likewise there's one for NuGet)

PowerGUI is one for PowerShell dev...

Productivity Power Tools (I use this one a LOT)

Krakkens and shit. stop tempting them.

Resharper -is- the shiznit. I'm evaluating JustCode as well.

For vs2010, definitely power productivity tools. There are several plugins related to source control management.

There is also a Resharper for c/c++, but I don't remember it's name. It is pretty valuable as it lets you do much more code refactoring than vs lets you by default.

There's a gcc/gdb plugin that allows you to use your c/c++ compiler and debugger of choice, but I also can't remember the name. This is gold when trying to get projects that weren't built using visual studio to compile, in visual studio.

I find visual studio has a ton of hidden features that provide a ton of help in making your life easier (like downloading symbols and source code as you're debugging a program so that you can step into a 3rd party library).
