For the $5 difference between the ones you linked, yes. If it was more of a cost difference, no. Might as well give yourself some breathing room.

I will re-iterate what was already said as I agree: Get a board with a Z77 chipset.

Now, here is my personal preference: get an asus z77 board, the p8z77

? line is great, look at the varying features and decide what is right for you.

Rumble: I got a z77 sabertooth from microcenter, it had a bad cpu socket that didn't contact on some of the memory controler pins...... plus I think a board without the 'thermal armour' actually cools better if you have airflow.
