    It might work, but the little I have read said a 2.0 mobo and 3.o GPU is a no go.


    Actually Your'r right, 3.0 will only affect an SLI set up.

    Note, that when I said Quad SLI, I was talking about a say, two 690s (dual GPU cards) in SLI.

    I think you will be happy with the GTX 660. That is really the best card in the $200-$240 range right now. Shop around and get one with a nice rebate to get you closer to the $200 mark.
