I called Zones about 30 minutes ago, it went straight to the automated hold voice, I have been on hold ever since.... perpetual hold time ...

I was browsing Zones' website and I see that with open license the physical media is provided separately. Is this at an additional cost? or would they send it to me for free? (this is a question I "would" ask them, if they would answer....)

Also, if the license is perpetual (just like this hold time), then what's the 2 year agreement thing all about? Another question I'm hoping to ask them...

They should be able to provide all the info for that.

With the purchase through them or any MS product purchase you go onto the licensing site and download your software from there. Physical media is an additional cost, but I stopped using physical media about 3-4 years ago.
