Microcenter has the cheapest prices on CPUs hands down. They also run deals on CPU/Mobo bundles. They selectively do i7 CPUs, but almost always include i5 & i3 CPUs in the bundle deals.

This is what I did with my build back in April, saved me roughly $150 going to microcenter and not through newegg.
