Android: Cache / Download Videos for Offline?
Is there a program that allows this? I.E. let me download say... store a few streamed video's... say breaking bad for offline?
Im not looking for illegal downloads but i see this alot while flying... havent been able to ask some one what they were doing... Maybe googles video program? Or Amazon Prime video? Any of these allow you to pre-download a video?
Or is the only way to just actually have the video file on the device?

There were say, chrome extensions, that would let you do that, but they have been removed from the play store (one in particular allowed for you to "rip" songs from the web browser based version of spotify). Amazon Prime does let you rent movies. I haven't tried it yet to see if it would work offline. I'm also not sure how much of a vid file is cached when using Netflix/Prime.
You could write your own extension for Chrome/FF, but that is getting into VERY murky waters related to pirating (hence why the extensions were removed in the first place). It wouldn't be difficult, most certainly not for you.enf-Jesus its been like 12 minutes and you're already worried about stats?! :-P
Bigdog-Sweet home Alabama you are an idiot.

When I want to take video with me, I rip it to X.264 encoded video and put on a USB drive. You can use a USB OTG (On-the-Go) cable and an app called "Nexus Media Importer" to be able to read USB attached media and play it on your Nexus.
