#8 AWG is good for 40 Amps. Way.......WAY overkill. The biggest circuit you can use is a 20Amp for a normal desktop (you'll be hard pressed to find anything bigger due to the NEMA cord configurations....in other words, your plug-in won't fit).

If you have an 8/3 (two colors(usually black and red) and a white) romex in your garage (most likely an old welder or possibly compressor), split it. Each color will be the hot for a 20Amp ckt, and the neutral (white) will be shared by the two, now seperated ckts. If you can possibly build a machine that will blow both ckts, you've gone about $5000 too far. This is assuming there is a ground wire (green or bare) in the romex or flex that your #8 is run in.

Also, keep in mind that a 1500Watt psu will likely never see that 1500Watt mark. Electricity is pulled, not pushed. Think of it as the opposite of water/plumbing. In plumbing, the pressure is built up, and pushes the water out. In electricity, the electrons are drawn by the load applied. In other words, your machine will only suck the electrons it needs, and unless your machine is running balls-out (and I'm not sure what the Hell you would have to run to max-out 4 Titans...if there even is any program that would do it), you won't ever see them drawing Max current.

To further put things in perspective, most office buildings have 5-10 desktops per 20A ckt. Granted, they are little buisness class machines, likely with ~300Watt psu's, but 10 of them is still potentially ~3000 Watts (or damn-near 30 Amps), all running day-in, day-out on a 20A ckt. That is until one of the dumbshit secerataries decides she needs a space heater.....in her heated office building.

Plus I have a lot of other things to deal with. I currently live with my parents, no bills whoot whoot, and my hunting dogs. They gave me the garage to make into a gaming room. With the Sony 4k going in their, shit load of LED lights, multiple other monitors, two PCs, three or more consoles, fans, fridge, and my salt water fish tank.. My power bill will take a hit. So I am also thinking about investing into some energy makers, solar or wind, to help ease the bill.
But that is another topic to discuss. A guy at gamestop mentioned freon as a coolant for a PC... Is that even recommended?
I was speaking in terms of needing two PSUs. Even if you're going with one, going with a cheap nzxt when you're getting 4 titans and watercooling is just...If you're going with one PSU, go for the either the Corsair 800D or 900D or the Cooler Master Cosmos II. I say this because it's like buying a high end engine and sticking it in a Saturn or a Kia.
enf-Jesus its been like 12 minutes and you're already worried about stats?! :-P
