Wow, Never thought of doing that, but as it turns out a reinstall of CSGO fixed the issue.
I am still considering the water cooler but only for the CPU. Will look at the cooler gehn suggested since it will be cheaper in price.
So what do you all think about the CPU upgrade? Worth it or not??
Speed Fan would not load on my work system for some reason so I took a screen shot of my asus temp monitor.

If I were going to spend money on a CPU... I'd go Intel, Gunny. Grab an i5 + motherboard from Microcenter for cheap if you really want the best bang for your buck. I love AMD, but with modern GPUs, they've proven to be a bottleneck in performance. You can get an i5 4670k for the same price as the CPU you listed. Microcenter loves running specials where you buy the CPU and get like $40 off a motherboard. Keep your eyes open for one of those and you'll get a lot more out of your investment. You could likely use the RAM from your existing setup and not have to replace it.
