    Sounds like its just an issue with VS2013 RC. Highly doubt it is a .NET issue, plus when you installed VS 2013 I'm sure .NET 4.5 was installed and with it all the other .NET versions would have been too, including both 4.0 and 2.0 CLRs.

    Just got it installed on my desktop (just put W8 on it). I had to DL .net 3.5 SP 1 for Nexus MM. Update works for Visual Studio on my desktop. ^0^
