You can download an official ISO of Windows 7 SP1 x64 from here:

You of course need your activation key... as Illusion said... but you can do the install... and have up to 30 days to activate before Microsoft deactivates your OS.
You can do the format from the installation CD during the install. You just need to go to 'advanced' mode when you're selecting the partition you want to install the OS on and you can delete the existing partitions and create new ones.. You will lose everything on the drive if you do this, so if you have any data saved there... you'll lose it.Last edited by WileECyte; 11-08-13 at 10:28 AM.
