Also, I liked the commercial. It was well done, for the market it is aimed for.

She is a part local marketing program for anime and Japanese popular-culture lovers at AFA 2013 and across Asia and does not represent an official mascot for Internet Explorer.

So, not for our market. Looks like also it was originally done by a different company as an exercise in character design and to hopefully get a new client.

No, it's just a kind of background skin for when you're coding. It's the only one on the market right. When I have time this break, I'm going to look at modding it to add in other background types and such, kind of like how you can have a slide show as your Windows background.
