    I have both Samsung Data Migration and Samsung Magician installed =/
    I have a friend checking it out right now which is why I can't get you a screenshot of Disk Management, but I'm already preparing for 2 RMA's =/

    they will likely offer to cross ship the replacements. Give them a CC number and they will mail you 2 new drive, you open it pull the new drives drop the bad ones and affix the return label and drop it off for shipment. Easy.
