    I'll check them out. I recently bought some noctua fans to replace all of the case fans in my little machine. Maybe I'll do that for my main machine now if any of them turn out to be going bad. The bitfenix one is brand new but I suppose there's a chance it's got issues. The 2 corsiar ones on the radiator are pretty solid but they run pretty fast most of the time - maybe one of them is having trouble keeping up.

    Thanks for the advice guys. This weekend I'll start pulling out fans and seeing what's up

    If the smell is always present, try taking out pieces or swapping one by one if possible. May help to narrow down.

    Last time I had the weird plastic/electronics smell, it was one of my GPU's going bad...
