Thread: Steam?

Well, hard drive failure, reloading everything... and of course steam doesn't like the password(same as written down), password recovery sends the verification code and security question and the process doesn't work says bad password entered or some other issue.. steam support of course says that I have an account existent, but I can't get in to file a support ticket because it won't let me create a new account and the password recovery for steam support isn't functioning either.... is the support system buggered on the weekends or is there some other trick I have to try?

yes, I got the code and tried to reset the password, it keeps saying the password wasn't sucessfull no matter what I've tried to use, finally got a steam support account created so at least there may be success eventually... hate their support not having a #, I mean ffs origin if there's a screwed up access issue I can get chat support or a # to dial but not steam...snicker
