    I'd recommend this:

    Newegg.com - ASUS VG248QE Black 24" 144Hz 1ms (GTG) HDMI Widescreen LED Backlight LCD 3D Monitor Height&pivot adjustable 350 cd/m2 80,000,000:1 Built-in Speakers

    1ms response time. 144Hz. 3D ready. 80,000,000:1 contrast ratio.
Meh...TN panel. You can get an IPS panel for almost half the cost:

    ASUS VS239H-P Black 23" 5ms (GTG) HDMI Widescreen LED Monitor 250 cd/m2 ASCR 50,000,000:1, IPS Panel - Newegg.com

    Kill8ox,

One other thing you should consider is how much VRAM your current GPU/GPUs have. Seeing how you are a big BF4 player, you really need upwards of 3 GB of VRAM at 2560x1440. I was doing some testing recently, and I run between 2.6-2.7 GB of VRAM usage on most BF4 maps, and sometimes a bit higher. Games like Bioshock Infinite use even MORE when you start to crank up the details.

Just expect to have to dial down some detail settings on some games if you have 2 GB VRAM or less. This was the main reason for me jumping from the single GTX 690 (2 GB of usable frame buffer) to the two Titans (6 GB of usable frame buffer).

I have two 780 Gtx with 3 gb gpu ram each.
Evrything else that you have said is spot on except for the big BF4 fan part.

Heh... I was assuming on the BF part due to the links on your profile. Either way, two GTX 780 3 GB are probably hungry for a 1440p panel.
