Thread: WP 8.1

Dev preview is out today for anyone with a windows phone. Cortana is pretty cool, lots of neat things she can do.

I'm more interested in some of the other features I was just reading about. They finally added a action center I read? Thank you for that, one of the big downsides of switching to WP8 I felt, able to get around it by having some pinned to my er...screen when you press the power button/screen (forget what it is called) but annoying for apps you can't or when you have more then 5-6.

The action center is growing on me. I like having the toggle settings, but they don't allow you to do them all. Battery Saver and Data can't be toggled for some reason(least not yet). I'm also getting used to the 3 Medium tiles layout, its not so bad. And I'm using the Tile backgrounds to make my tiles different colors than the ones they give haha
