Have you looked at the root C: directory? So, not "C:\Users\" but just C:\.
And, as shatter suggested, run CCleaner. The free version is all you need. If you've had any memory dumps from BSODs that you no longer care to examine, you can have CCleaner get rid of those as well without you having to search for them.

There's about an 18 gig discrepancy between the to methods on the C:\
