Well, reading the manual for that board, it's about twice as complicated as it needs to be. It has a secondary 4-pin CPU slot next to an 8-pin CPU slot, and it has some sort of "EZ plug" feature which is supposed to leverage a molexed PCI-E cable to provide extra power to the PCI-E lanes on the motherboard for mutli-card setups. Both of which would have confused the shit out of me first time I saw them.

wel power suply is ruled out because i have just puled out another PSU from a backup PC.
It is a 520W CM and also with it same result.

Yes Allane this board is quite complicated and to be honest is just a pain in the ass.
I bought it for 330€ because the fool i am i want always to have best of the best, afetrwards reading the reviews this board is outperformed by Gygabite's nad MSI that cost half the money.

Fuck the ROG ASUS,never ever buying another!

Does that motherboard have onboard lights? If so, are there any lights?

Check that the motherboard header cables (the ones to the power button and stuff) are pulled in and didn't get pulled out.

The lights would be another form of POST code. Since that board has a POST code indicator, it won't have any lights; if the POST code indicator shows anything, then the board's getting power. If it shows a 00 as it does here, the board just won't POST.

Start and reset lights are on,so is the light of the BIOS .

Pulled everything out of the case and put it on the table ,conected everything and now the bloddy thing does not even want to boot!

Today i went and even purchased a brand new Gygabyte Z97X-Gaming 5 and still nothing.

It has to be the CPU i can not understand how this could happen! Been using Intel for over 20 years and i have never ever had a CPU that just died on me.

In a couple of your pics I noticed that you dont have the EATX12V_2 plug connected. Have you tried connecting it?
