It is suppose to be a superb power supply which will take any beating you try to hand out.

yeah, the 650 will do you good unless you are running SLI and have a rack full of drives in your system. At that point you may want to consider go larger for stability's sake.

for comparison, I am running the BFG 650w with a single 8800gts, 2 burners, 5 sata drives, and have had no issues.
