Windows 10
There is an icon down in the bottom-right side of my desktop's toolbar. It's telling me I am eligible for W10 for free (currently W8.1).
Do I jump? Will it hose every game install I have?
I'm seeing that it is also available on my craptop (currently W7). I think it's only sporting 4gigs of RAM, do I jump on that one as well?
I bet many are getting the same option, and recall reading something about it, but wasn't going to believe it until I saw it. Just wondering if any here have jumped already.

Re: Windows 10
I've been running the insider builds since they started on both my PC and phone. It took it some time to be stable enough to be usable on a day to day scale, but right now it's really solid. 10 is worth the upgrade when it comes out. Now I personally had no problems with 8/8.1, but in comparison this release will be much more pleasing to people. If feels more like WIndows with a modern touch.

I've heard great things about it. I have some friends in IT at my university who have been stability testing the new Windows 10 image for the uni and they are pretty excited about it. Phil Spencer said at E3 that their goal was to get as many people on the new platform and the new DX12 as possible to kind of solidify the userbase. That's great, and it's something that's needed to happen for years. I reserved my upgrade and I can't wait. Hopefully we don't get screwed over, but it's doubtful that will happen.
