my computer has shut its self off now twice outa nowhere now my browser has been rolled back or something and uplay has put itself back on my computer?

Check your BIOS and see if your CPU is overheating. Your PC is smart enough to shut itself down if it detects that your processor is getting too hot.

Dunno about the rollback thing, though.

Maybe 80+ degrees Celsius?

Check that the CPU cooler is running.

I consider overheating to be at 75 degrees, but I have a super cooler on my processor. If it is, do what white said and check that your CPU fan is running. It should tell you in your BIOs if it is running. If it doesn't, you'll have to check manually.
