I don't know what you unplugged. You mentioned cpu fan being loose but didn't say you unplugged all the other things too. So if you unplugged power connectors, make sure you plugged in the 24 pin connector and the 12 pin... and again, make sure you have those front side connectors on the right pins. Not all mobos have them laid out the same. You need to get a manual for your motherboard and make sure which pins are which.

I did it just like the video for all I know pulling out the motherboard I fucking fried with the way my luck goes I just can't looking do anything right between my hands being no good and my fucking eyes being a good only fucking choice I have is take it to a shop and then they charge me probably a couple hundred maybe I should give up on having a fucking computer all together

it's an acquired skill. An easy one to learn, but challenging at times.
But again, without knowing exactly what was done it's hard to guess. You just said you pulled the motherboard out. It keeps getting more involved. It started with a loose cpu fan and has progressed to open heart surgery.

With all the trouble you are having I would seriously consider buying a prebuilt instead of building your own or spending money to get this one diagnosed. There's no shame in buying a prebuilt. You could get a reasonable gaming rig in your price range. Or find a buddy that knows his shit and get him/her to build your machine for you while you sit and watch, and ask questions.
