i dunno put the old card back in games are running smoother compared to the new card bf4 was giving me 50ish on high 40 to 50ish on ultra in single player decided to re benchmakr the cpu gave me a totally differnt score so i ran it 3 more times and its always random dunno wtf is going on

The first score is what I would expect from that CPU

the fact thats its a big differnce least it seems that way to me everytime is what has me wondering already requested the replacment for a card just dont know bout a new cpu and mobo if thats what i need i can find the exact same cpu as mine for a little under 200$ but thats already like a 4 year old cpu

I would suggest you take a look at possibly checking all your bios settings and as out of left field this may seem reseat the memory and the CPU and possibly re-thermal paste the CPU. I've solved many a problem in performance with those three things.

i cant even get into my fucking biod cause my keyboard and mouse dont power up till windows starts

USB mouse and keyboard? you might check craigslist and get a ps2 set of em if your mobo has the connectors, I had to do that one time in a similar circumstance and was able to buy someone's old dell ps2 keyboard/mosue for $5 bucks or something like that, still have em for troubleshooting
