So looks like it's Mcafee:

I uninstalled Mcafee and all is back to normal.

My TV Tuners are not working with this update. Good thing I run my Tuner card off of a Windows 7 PC, but I would like to get streaming in my office working again.

I installed the update on one of my boxes but not my main one. Now call of duty black ops 3 is dead. So glad I didn't install it on my main gaming rig

I don't know, I've had it on my pc and Thinkpad Helix for a couple weeks now without any issues. It hasn't updated on my laptop yet.

Yea its odd, it effects different people in different ways. I've had it on my Surface and on my Main PC since they put it out there for insiders and I've not had any major issues yet a
