I think it's all ROG stuff. Some sort of lighting control, a fan controller that goes in your 5 1/4" bay, and there's some sort of external "remote" to control overclocking. Nothing I'm going to use, but neat.

The fan controller doesn't sound too bad. Given, I never actually use mine. I went with quiet fans that had good performance based upon advice here. So, the knobs were all set to max.
For the OC controller:
