    Geforce Experience

Hey Nvidia users, does this geforce experience software cause issues for the rest of you? After installing the new nvidia card I'd swear that it's causing CPU usage to routinely ride at 30% even at idle and when playing most any recent game at 85-100% cpu usage which it surely didn't with the last amd card anyway, I figure it's not bottlenecked with a 1080 and 6600K, temps are good, etc and I've read a few articles that seem to indicate the geforce experience is the cause of some slowness and to uninstall it and reinstall just the driver, anyone else use that option with success?

I use it and allow it to configure my games automatically and I have had zero issues. Did you completely uninstall and use a cleaner when you upgraded your card? I bet you have mucked up registry entries and incorrect drivers still installed

    Re: Geforce Experience

That may have been the issue, I'd uninstalled the old card/software but hadn't run a cleaner... I'd d/l and ran the amd complete uninstaller and it doesn't seem to have the higher CPU usage after doing so.. though I still have amd radeon settings in my programs list and can't get rid of it, everything seems smooth now.. should have though to use a cleaner but I didn't.. ah well my mistake *shrug*
