Guess I was wrong about return date. Just got home about three hours ago.

The camp is real tough. We have to follow strict diet rules, and the work-outs are intense. I vomited quite a bit over the last couple days. Not looking forward to going back...

Over the course of the school year I go to various mini-camps, they make sure I am keeping up with the training on my own. If I don't perform, I get put on probation. I should be safe though.

Surprisingly, the toughest part is actually the cycling. It is winter here, so cycling is hard in the cold, but even still I thought I would have more difficulty with the swimming. Swimming has become a sort of relaxation sport for me now, much less intense than the other two.
