I would most likely be at home when the infection(whatever) starts, which i would prefre.

first if not to late i would try to gather the family member, and friends who are outside, go to my house, gather everything i need from outside and downstairs. go upstairs and break the stairs and barricade it.And if i had enough time, put out in front of our door, and pull our shed infront of our window. barricade the windows.
i would try to keep most things in the attic, as it would be where i stay most of the time.

I could get up to the roof if i wanted. i would never walk on ground, unless the is no other way, i would move across the roofs of houses, and buildings.
but i wouls stay in my house at night. but keep someone awake at all times.

it would also be nice to keep around a family member who know how to and can fire a gun. a family member or close friend, i wouldnt trust a stranger with a gun in a zombie appocolypse.

think of looters, a gun shop and a mal-mart are very big spots for looters, im sure you would run into people who would easily kill you for food, ammo, and guns.

my real plan

im with AlphaZero im going to Castillo de San Marco
ill make moltovs to throw out of the fort and ill make homemade flamethrowers
ill get some guns and ill go to walmart which is like 10 - 15 minutes away get as much canned goods and food as i can find get a microwave then go to publix like 15 minutes away get like 100 2 liters of soda which is like 80 cents each and get a baseball bat and a shovel id bring my friends boat and id get gasoline and matches id get a bow with some arrows and id get chainsaw id also get one of those mini dirtbikes that go like 50 miles a hour (i think that was the max for one of them) with like a 6 hour battery and a charger id make a pipebomb (type it in on youtube) and then kill the zombies!!!

Take whatever was in my fridge and a dozen or so deoderant cans and a lighter or two, and anything else like a kitchen knife, nail gun etc, and charge straight to the nearest dock while the outbreak was still young. I live in a small town down by the coast, so chances are if I can make it to a marina or dock, with some supplies to keep me going for at least a few weeks, then I'm safe. I don't even have to wander to far from the port, just a a few kilometres. Turn off the engine and let 'er float for awhile until things calm down on the mainland.

But they'd get me in the end. Eventually. When I went back to prot to re-fuel or gather supplies, they'd get me. They always do. In the end, they get everyone.

To be honset? I don't know if I would even care to try to survive. Cause even if you do, what now?. I'd probably get survivors guilt if none of my other friends survived with me.

So I'd probably just steal a gun & have some fun. But hopefully it won't happen anytime soon.

I have an idea! We could relocate Korgii and Kitty next to a large lake, and then on the day of the apocolypse Sammy and I will drive to their house (Sammy can operate the turret on the back of the truck)

You think we've forgotten about you? I'm sending a magical carpet through the mail to you. The second the apocalypse hits you will fly down to Pennsylvania with it, and we will let you into our underwater biodome.

Make sure to bring lots of cookies and sandwhiches, and a couple of Pink Floyd albums that we can enjoy listening to while simeltaneously annoying Korgii with songs that she isn't a large fan of.

Oh trust me, if there's an apocalypse I'm bringing my ipod. that's 120 gigs worth of music. We'd have oodles of Floyd and 15,000+ songs to pass the time while we survive.

The total time for everything on my ipod is 57 days, 12 Hours, 15 Minutes and 42 seconds. So... that's almost two months of never having to hear the same song twice.
