I tried it once-failed horribly.

ofc no one covers you, you completely miss, and now youre stuck reloading & meleeing away 50 CI.

i found it, and it does still work, just did it a few seconds ago. not sure why you guys say it's useless though, only takes a second or 2 to charge, i can see it being very helpful. although it needs to be patched >.<

It takes about 5-6 seconds to fully charge it. You're essentially choking all the bullets in the barrel so when you let go they all come out.
