Video Card Question

thanks mcstrange. i will get the 30 $ card if i can win the auction and save up. i do have a question about the video cards though. i have an evga nvidia mobo, can i use and ati graphics card

I assume your referring to the north/south bridge chipset. It does not matter what the chipset on the mo-bo is its the slot, AGP, or more likely PCIe that determines what card can be plugged in.

Ask us again when you are ready to upgrade for that 100-175 price range (which I consider the sweet spot for mainstream gaming cards) and I am sure there will be many new options and other recommendations.
