    Monitor issues.

Well my monitor as of late has been acting really weird. I will be just doing the same old stuff and it like flickers out of focus then comes back in focus and it has started doing it more and more. No its not my eyes cause it only happens on the monitor and I have a Optiquest Q7.

FYI Subwoofers depending on how big they are should be kept at least 2 feet away from other electrical stuff.

My friend put a 300 watt one right next to his rig side by side I could only imagine.

New content for l4d 1 by summer

This hands on preview by gameon.co.uk says that its a worthy sequel and that content for Left 4 Dead 1 was to be released sometime between summer and the release of it's sequel.

Left 4 Dead 2 Preview | Game Reviews, Previews, Articles, Trailers and Community Forums

Second paragraph into the review says:

"Valve were keen to emphasise that Left 4 Dead 2 won't completely override its predecessor and that they intend to keep developing extra content to provide players with plenty to do. Before the sequel is released another content pack will be available to download for Left 4 Dead sometime during the summer and beyond that content will still be provided. "

thats good as long as its for xbox too : P, even if PC got it for free i wouldnt mind shelling out 10 bucks for 2 campaigns and a few new weapons/items(or w.e other features VALVe has up their sleeves).

It isn't campaigns, Chet said PC users were getting some new updates but specifically mentioned that it wouldn't be new weapons, or campaigns or anything but something to mess around with. Don't get your hopes up.

Buddy, read it again. Gabe himself clearly stated that the content will have to be downloaded.

That is what the acronym DLC stands for. "Downloadable Content". It doesn't have to be a campaign I understand, but it certainly won't be just a patch. The treat you pc users are getting in the next 2 weeks or so is not what Gabe was refering to. His statement said that new content for download is planned to come out sometime after the miniature update coming up...
Just had to make it clear.

Also, read this thread...It's a post about an email response someone on steam forums recieved from Gabe N. on 6/4/09
    http://www.left4deadforums.com/20206...e-analogy.html

    The good bit:
    Gabe's Response:

    "Hi, *****.

    A couple of things:

    1) We haven’t announced a publisher yet for Left 4 Dead 2. So EA’s evil corrupting influence hasn’t extended to actually getting us to sign a deal with them yet. I’m sure we’ll succumb eventually.

    2) I’m not sure why people think we will stop releasing content for Left 4 Dead. Releasing new content for Left 4 Dead is a great way to get more people to play Left 4 Dead, just like it is a great way to get more people to play Team Fortress 2. So to be clear, yes, we will continue to release new content for Left 4 Dead.

    -Gabe"

Was that message to me. I never said it wasn't DLC. I said the DLC you mentioned, if it is the one I heard about, isn't campaigns, in reply to TheCrazyCat's post.
