How do you get movies on your harddrive? Is that like the systems that they have on luxury yachts with a central system that has tons of media on it and you can just call it up on any of the screens elsewhere on the boat?

If your ping is fine, the culprit has to be system lag. The only way to fix it is to upgrade your machine, or turn down the graphics settings in-game.

In order to get rid of the fuzz, you may have to turn up your screen resolution to match that of your display. This will unfortunately create even more lag than you have right now - so unless you can tone down on some graphic settings, it's not an option.

Post your system specs or DxDiag, you'll find instructions in one of the stickys.
