Yah that could be, try sending a dump file to ImitationMan, the dump will show just what exactly is going down.

Since there were no files in the minidump, I went back to the Hijack this log. These are what caught my eye so I googled the file names.

    Definitely malware:
    C:\Program Files\Free Download Manager\FUM\fumoei.exe

Loaded with enuff PC by Akrontech. Enuff PC is a parental control program to limit computer use
    C:\WINDOWS\W815DM.EXE
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\CVSEXPSS.EXE
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\SXPESVC.EXE

Not Malware - but uninstall it. You don't really need it and it may be interfering with your internet connection.
    C:\Program Files\Google\Web Accelerator\GoogleWebAccWarden.exe
    C:\Program Files\Google\Web Accelerator\googlewebaccclient.exe

PC Security from Tropical Software - ??
    C:\WINDOWS\SDAEMON.EXE

Oh, get rid of this one too. Definitely bad. Make sure to search for the file on your computer also.

Ok well it APPEARS ti have been fixed. Here is my theory

There was a power outtage the other day, where my system shutdown. After this, it said my cpu frequency had been reset. So my cpu was running slightly underclocked. Instead of normal. Well i have a suspicion because of power or something this caused the reboots, so when i changed my cpu frequency back it appears to have been fixed.
