I suggest Dead Air: Short walk to the radio, wide open area so you can see everything coming and have plenty of room to fight the tanks, easy to clear out before you start the generator, and if your looking to glitch well you can do that too with few problems.

The tricky part is waiting on that door to open. All you have to do is save up some pipe bombs and toss them one after another to keep the horde away. You might get a hunter/smoker at the end but as long as everyone is keeping an eye out they shouldn't be a problem.

I did it on blood harvest. Its the safest finale, as long as you have 2 AI's. 3 would be more helpful.
