Westinghouse was always a "good" brand when i was growing up. Monitor has no problems playing anything else I have. Not to mention all the other ppl who are having their own issues... anyway,

Redmane, what drivers are you using? "Supposedly" none are needed Hook me up please. Thx.

Well, I'm not really sure what to tell you except that my monitor came with a CD that had the driver on it, and that I installed it on my new comp back in July. I actually set a game other than 2142 (the game is Rome: Total War) to widescreen in its setup menu, but upon loading the game, the graphics were distorted. I then reset the video to normal, and the distortion was gone, so right then I knew that the monitor driver was handling the work of producing the video image in the correct aspect ratio to fit the monitor. I suggest you go to the Westinghouse support site and look for a widescreen monitor driver that is supported by your OS. If you can't find one there, check and see if MicroShaft (I suppose you have one of their OS's) has a generic widescreen monitor driver you can download and install.

I believe i have the same 22" monitor that you have and have never had an issue with it. I do run the command line that Mury speaks of in the target line of the shortcut and it works well.

Recently i also have played with an app someone here pointed us out to "widescreen fixer" and it is pretty slick. http://imk.cx/pc/widescreenfixer/

Well that bites. What are you using now?
I have an envision 22" that I am using. It works fine. The westinghouse is sitting the closet. I have two months left on the warranty, so I think I am going to send it back and get another as a backup.

    Valve Games Section (Warrior Nation)

Hi guys. I'm in a huge clan called Warrior Nation(warriornation.net). The clan supports many PC games and the biggest console games(COD, Halo 3, TF2&L4D). We are currently looking for recruits in all our games, but I specifically search for Left 4 Dead 2 members. We are looking for casual to competitive players who like to have a good time while still working as a team. If you are interested, post here and/or send me a message over xbox live (GT: DEPC), then go to our Guest Forum (warriornation.net/Forum/forumdisplay.php?f=191) and post your signup name there(must start with WNx) and then go ahead and sign up. Recruiter:WNxDEPC

Please tell me if interested and post your sign-up name here (you still have to post in the guest area of the forums) to make it a easier process. Also please don't post anything here if your not interested. The L4D2 Section is also combined with our TF2 360 section and any other Valve game, hence Valve Games Section. Remember we are a friendly group of people who play together and occasionally compete with others. We are not gods of L4D2, but we are very good (although we do have our bad days).

PS. We will except anyone although we do require them to be at least a moderate player and team player.
