need help

hey, i just got a new mic called "Cyber Acoustics". When you go to options and test the mic, it doesnt work. when your in a live game, the mic symbol comes up on the bottom right side as usual. but no sound is transferred. i need help to fix this. my bro chronic.cough went and messed with it to try and fix it but it hasent worked. and help will work. please

Is there something on the mic wire where yo control the volume? If so, try switching one of the switches. My logitech has something like that. If you switch it one way, it mutes, the other, it works.

And several people told you to make an effort to post in the proper forum :9
