Good Survivor Formations
THIS IS FOR L4D2 ONLY BECAUSE OF THE NEW SPECIAL INFECTED.
What would you say is the best formation for survivors?
I think a 4 like on a dice is because:
Hunters can be quickly killed.
You have someone to watch your back if you are up front.
You are close, but not too close.
Chargers should only get 2 at the maximum
Spitters have a hard time if it's a wide gap.
Jockeys wont separated you for long.
Boomer should only hit 1 or 2 Survivors.
Smokers will have a hard time.
They can split easily if a Tank comes (not too far)
What are your good formations which most infected can captialize on.

Thing is theres no such thing as a good formation since different things happen that force you to change up.
While what you posted may sound good to you. You are leaving yourself open to a really bad ambush if the infected team plays it right.
Give me 1 hunter or jockey and i would have that formation spinning their heads and bumping into each other surrounded by commons. What happens next won't be pretty.!!!WiCkEd VOooOdooooO TerRrroRR!!!

Why would I pounce on you if im to busy herding/distacting your team together? Especially if 3 other players are ready to shoot me?
A REAL easy example being..
All 4 survivors are walking down a street in your 4 dice formation and theres a car right infront of you.
A hunter then jumps down onto a car hood, then off a light post, back onto the car hood and then back up to a safe area.
After those 4 leaps your team will either break its formation or tyr to shoot it. If any SI is paying attention they can take advantage of the distraction, hearding or seperation... Depending what happens.
ANd thats just 1 of MANY ways to get the job done..!!!WiCkEd VOooOdooooO TerRrroRR!!!

I don't think formation matters so much as distance between each other and line of sight. You should be close enough to be able to clear instantly but far enough that you don't get stumbled by a secure. Never be around or even at a corner where you lose line of sight to your team if you get dragged.
