I did it, and I will say you were wright and I was wrong. I didnt get a virus. Everything met the recomended requirements except for the CPU and my graphics card. So I figure I will spend the 20 bucks to get L4D and see how good it does. I think I will upgrade my RAM regardless. The CPU seems a bit to complicated. I now know how to replace it just not what to replace it with. And from what I have read it seems that graphics cards cost a lot with little reward.

RAM memory
Graphic card
Disk space
-Register optimized
-Disk defragmentaded
-Decent malvare, virus, trojan protection
-Software updates (windows, steam, left 4 dead)
-Drivers updated (graphic card)
Check requirements from google, wikipedia, steampowered
