I can tell you that I bought this system to play crysis, I got this system based on what was the best parts in my price range. I run Crysis at 1680x1050 with ALL settings at VeryHigh and get 25-35 FPS, which in Crysis, is completely playable. I have tested Crysis with and with out SLI enable, with it enabled i get a performance increase of ~68%

turn on some 2x 4x 8x and tell me that frames that you get.

Ok! so we are finally done putting everything together.
Here are the results.
We got a new King in town.
We over clocked it to 3.8 stable. Running on air at 42C using zalman 9700.
Soon to be water cooled which will go into 4.....

have your tried going for 3.9?
I have been trying to work on 3.9 and 4.0 but I cannot without water cooling

have you really sat down guch and OC for a night?
I know you can get like 27k with that cpu.

I am trying for the life of me to break 20k
19598 is what I have so far.

I am up to 3.8 @ 1.545 volts and the cores are hot at 85c underload!!!

Now before anyone goes

thats stupid why oc i love my 3k rig.
We only OC to the maxx for 3dmark then kick it down a lvl for everyday apps.

I keep mine at either 3.4 or 3.0
