Question for either of you? Is anyone actually utilizing the benefits of SLI or Crossfire? Like what size monitor are you guys using?
You are basing this off of 3DMark06... at 1280x1024. This doesnt prove shit. Install Crysis, Bio Shock, and Company of Heroes on vista, test the performance with DX10, because that is where all of this shit will matter.

I would test it at my native res, but then i would have to buy 3dmark06 and thats no good.
I can tell you that I bought this system to play crysis, I got this system based on what was the best parts in my price range. I run Crysis at 1680x1050 with ALL settings at VeryHigh and get 25-35 FPS, which in Crysis, is completely playable. I have tested Crysis with and with out SLI enable, with it enabled i get a performance increase of ~68%
