No problem.
The game has so much re-playability to it. You know all the locations of the pills, med-kits, ammo are different each game most likely. Play it enough, you'll know where to expect it.

When I play, I take the longest way because there are usually good items, and it's more fun since I played it a lot and I like a challenge.

I wouldn't buy one. If it were a game for finding all of something, like CoD's intel or Fable 2's Gargoyles, then yeah. But I use an online guide anyway, save money.
