where do i go to update the drivers?

What kind of video card does your computer have? If you don't know right click on "My Computer" and choose "Properties" click on the "hardware" now click on the "Device Manager" button. Scroll down to "Display Adapters" and post what it says.

Correct me if I am wrong but is that a intergrated card? If so is it possible that it can't run these games?

It also looks like it is a laptop so you are going to have to go to your manufacturer's website to download the updated drivers. There are third party drivers you can load but stick with the manufactures first and if those don't work try the third party ones.

Doesn't multiplayer and single player relate to different executibles? If so, you'd have to set them both to run as admin (I think).
