Thread: 1920 x 1080 Resolution in BF2

Anyone currently running this resolution in BF2? I just got my other 8800 video card for SLI and I wanted to bump up the resolution in game to work better with my monitor. I tried changing the resolution by adding to the command line but the game will not load. Do you need to delete the current profile first?

Any help is appreciated.

BF2 is a stickler for refresh rates. You'll probably have to go into My Documents/BF2/Profiles/Default and change the default resolution there and make certain the refresh rate is one your monitor can handle (if you're using an LCD, that would be 60 Hz). Hope it helps,

Figured it out. Had to put widescreen in command line instead of fullscreen.
