so far I am loving vista 64 and have no problems.
I installed after the SP1 so that is the main reason.
2gb in vista should be good.

I have been running my Vista 64 for about 4 months and it works fine for me now. At first it had severe driver support issues but now everythings works flawlessly. I have not installed the SP1 candidate that was released, recalled, rereleased and then rerecalled, but even without it, I am doing fine.

I have in fact started recommending Vista to many people. All these DX10 cards out there need an OS that takes advantage of them. Plus, I just like the feel of Vista better.

    3Gbs....for windows XP?

Sorry, but there is no program that would require such a large amount of RAM. If it does, it's because the program is crap, corrupted, or broken.

I'm running XP x64 with 4Gb of ram and loving it. It's basically desktop version of Server 2003 64. The occasional trouble finding a driver or AV software but on the whole no complaints. Runs 2142 like a champ by the way.

I went and bought Vista Home 64 bit and everything is fine. Newegg has it for 109. My system is stable and all is well.

Dex...compared to you, jello is stable
