Most current Mobos do not support PCI-E 2.0, the ones that do tend to be expensive. And that being said, GPUs today are not even saturating the bandwidth available on regular PCI-E. This means that you really dont need to worry about getting a PCI-E 2.0 Mobo yet. If you can afford a PCI-E 2.0 solution you will be ready for the future. But for the time being, that P5N is a great Mobo.

PCI-E 2.0 is really only going to be needed by someone utilizing SLI. In general, only the latest generation chipsets from Intel, nVidia and AMD/ATI support PCI-E 2.0.
