@ prime: I like the argument but tank camping in finales would drag the finales on. Perhaps a slower depleting meter would be good. Also the meter shouldn't start till the survivors are in sight. I hate spawning in far a way just to reach the survivors in time to lose control of the tank.

What da fuck?! Basically you have an "easy" tank right there. That's insane making an ordinary SI that powerful. Your other suggestions are great but I'm sorry that charger idea is total whack
Vooodu's suggestions are decent as well except for the hunter being immune to dead stopping over 10 points high. It sounds good in principle but it would just make secures insanely easy. One smoker, 3 high hunters, and a dash of good aiming - too easy to secure the survivors, I think.[s]L4D - PC & Xbox 360[/s]

I was saying in a game yesterday how the Spitter's spit should be flammable. If incendiary ammo, a flaming SI, a molotov, gas cans etc. make fire on the spit, it should spread out through the spit. It'd be even more dangerous to the Survivors when it is accidental, but a godsend when it isn't.
I'm an idiot and I can't follow directions. So now I'm also banned.

It could be but I still stand by them, I don't think those changes are that astronomical. The melee resistance and increase in claw damage may seem rather intimidating but all it will do would be to encourage survivors to avoid close quarters and shoot at it, I also think it's a little off that a survivor has an easier time using a melee weapon against the charger rather than a gun when he has a survivor. The health increase is also not that much. 150 hp is essentially a few more SMG,AR rounds or a shotgun buck or two. And it's damage increase on it's victim if it's incapped is fine. The smoker and hunter do more damage when they've pinned a survivor and they incapacitate them, why not the charger?
Thats my two cents about the idea, what do you think was so crazy about it? Not being offensive, I just want to here more of your opinion.Parlock: I'm sorry, I'm an idiot who can't read XD.Teenracer6: I hate salt, it's too salty.Parlock: Taking in TP's sweet, sweet buttsweat didn't make me gag

Its should be eaisier imo. The survivors already have it too easy. They can dodge, skeet or just clear thier team.
Even if 10+ pounces are unstoppable they can still dodge, then dead stop a close pounce.
It just looks silly, a nice high pounce getting stopped by a weak lil shove. Especially in L4D1 when the hunter gets shoved he stands there like he's got brain damage and becomes useless.
Im all for seeing more 3-1 get landed, especially 3-1' that require more than luck or lag to pull off. This way you can add a lil more spice into the ambush. Also this would make more hunters go for higher pounces instead of quick spawn pounces.

The ability to turn the charger while he's charging, have the smoker's left-over smoke damage you... as badly as the spitters spit.
I'd also increase the chance of Boomer bile landing on you, after the boomer explodes. Meaning... you could shoot the Boomer several yards away... but what goes up... must come down... meaning on your head at times.
