Thread: firefox problem

Two things:

1) What version of Firefox are you running?
2) What Extensions do you have installed?

Not played l4d2 for a few months (studies etc) and thought I would fire it up this morning.

The first server started ok, but then a clan from russia who were also on the server decided to shoot me dead and then ban me from the server, because I picked up a sword?

The second server also started of ok, but one guy died from a witch and then decided to call a vote and got me banned and I was doing the most work.

Kinda pointles playing if all the servers are full of idiots who abuse the voting system because they have emotional issues.

I gave up in the end.

Yes, seems like the griefers and super noobs have come out of the woodwork lately.

guess thats part of growing up, you start to relize they have always been the majority. not just in games obviously a bit deep for this topic but yah... I start to feel nervous when i actually get in a room with normal people who chat, and or are team players with skills. pretty rare. most of the random pub games have morons in them, who cant help but be assholes, be prepared.

Welcome to dumbland, man. You'll find lot of this unkind people. I usually get mad and leave the game due to this people. They're a plague.

IMHO, pubbing standard severs is impossible unless you're a griefer to begin with. The only way to play this game is to friend as many good players as possible and only play with them...

The only way I can pub is on those heavily modded 18+ player servers. There's usually a fair amount of chaos but you don't get this kind of rampant kicking as much. I've found more than a few friends on those servers as well.
