Also, what does VGA stand for, if it refers to the slot,...my car is a pci express card, the VGA slot is on the opposite side of the cards fan and such. Most likely, vga stands for something else, just don't know.
Those fans will plug in the same place the current fan on your video card plugs into. There should be a place on the card itself to plug it into.

As far as the definition to vga.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Video_Graphics_Array

Vga can be pci-e, agp or pci.

I dont think jmw is ready to go tearing his current cooler off his video card to mount a new one.
A combination of the extra add in fan and just turning the fan speed up a bit in ntune should be enough to let it run without problems for awhile longer.

I think that the addition of the spot cool fan with the fan that's already on the video card would be sufficient just because of how the temperature went down when a put a table top fan like a foot and a half away from the opening in my computer. Plus, the spot cool fan is like 2.5 inches in diameter and seems like it would be pretty powerful. The con to using the spot cool fan is that it won't look as dressy inside the tower, just more stuff to clutter up the inside but I don't mind that. If I felt confident enough, I would probably consider something that installs directly to the vid card.
